Quarantine From Reality a.k.a QFR has proved to be the most popular and most recognized online Tamil Film Music series of today that actively produces a top-notch, concept-based music that is enjoyed around the globe. Acclaimed to be the best of the best by all means and emotionally enthralling the masses through nostalgia and the unique intricacies behind every song with delightful insights to an ever-curious audience. As the name implies, QFR was started during the pandemic when the world was in major distress. As a way of healing, a very wonderful and thoughtful concept was created by Ms. Subhasree Thanikachalam with her outstanding team of musicians and handpicked artists from all over the world. QFR recreated scintillating gems of music and presented them to a world-wide audience via various social media platforms. The production quality and nuances in the original work was recreated to perfection and the result and reception has been unparalleled. The series has retained its immense popularity even after the pandemic and is actively viewed by millions across the globe even today having surpassed 700+ episodes. Due to an overwhelming response from their worldwide audience, Ms. Subhasree Thanikachalam and the QFR Team have started touring across cities world-wide and are performing live for overflowing crowds wherever they go.

Well, here we are… World Tamil Music Development Center, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, from our very own DC Metro Area, is glad to bring you the QFR live experience for the first time ever to the DMV. Yes, the world famous QFR team will be performing live on Saturday, the 24th of May 2025 at Oakton High School, Vienna, VA at 5 PM. We welcome you all to be part of the show and enjoy a fun-filled musical evening with delicious food, snacks, and even some shopping before the event begins with an assortment of local vendors. With over a thousand people expected to attend, it’s going to be an amazing celebration of tradition along with an opportunity to support musicians back home through your generous donations.
